BTCL View Telephone Bill & Payment

Telephone Bill and Payment Status can be viewed online. Data is entered in ledger book by clerks and in online database by operators.

Revenue office will issue a No Objection Certificate (No   bill is due) to each subscriber on yearly basis or when needed.

Go to the link of BTCL official website provided above. Click Bill Query link available in the right panel of website.

To view the telephone bill click on the respective link as shown below.

Step 1 : Enter your Login ID (Area Code+Phone Number) [Eg. 028314263]
Step 2 : Enter your Password
Step 3 : Click Login Button

Forgot Password? :
In case forgot password that you have own changed and go to by default password, please give following information for any month…..

Step 1 : Enter your Login ID [Eg. 880183431000]
Step 2 : Select Month/Year [i.e. January 2018]
Step 3 : Enter your Bill Amount [Eg. 400]
Step 4 : Click OK Button

Login Information

1. If your phone number is 8314263 in Dhaka, then your area code (NWD code) is 02. Consequently customer ID and Password both will be 028314263

2. If your phone number is 712244 in Chittagong, then your area code (NWD code) is 031. Consequently customer ID and Password both will be 031712244

3. If your phone number is 75123 in Hili, Dinajpur, then your area code (NWD code) is 05329.

In this case, you have to use 5329 as more than 4 digit code is not allowed.
Consequently customer ID and Password both will be 532975123

mm = 05 for May (Month)
yyyy= 2011 (Year)
mm/yyyy = 05/2011

4. If you don’t see Login page/ bill database, that means your internet line is very slow,
or billing server (at Sherebangla Nagar Telephone Building Computer Centre) is down
or some technical problem in Mogbazar internet division.

5. If you see the message ‘Access Denied’, that means either your data is not yet entered
or your password has been changed. Contact Programmer, Computer Centre to solve it.

6. Please note that data entry may take few weeks after you get new connection/ shift phone line or pay bills.
Because the system is not yet automated. If you want quick updating, then show paid copies of bills to revenue office.

To apply for a Telephone Connection online click ‘Online Telephone Application’ link in the official website

If you are a Existing user then provide your User name, Password for Login and Click Sign In button

You are a New one click Registration link in the Login page

Fill the required details for Registration,
Step 1 : Enter your Full Name [Sumon]
Step 2 : Enter your Father’s Name [Anik]
Step 3 : Enter your Mobile No – +880 [1234567890]
Step 4 : Enter your Email Address [sumon@gmail.com]
Step 5 : Enter your Login Name [Sumon]
Step 6 : Enter your Password
Step 7 : Re-type Password
Step 8 : Click Submit button

After complete your registration you will receive a confirmation as follows,

i. Charge at Dhaka Tk 2000/-
ii. at Chittagong Tk 1000/- ,
iii. at other areas Tk 600/-,

1. Where can I get duplicate bill?
Duplicate Bills can be printed from here or can be collected from revenue office (free of charge)

2. 2 to 3 months passed after new/shifted connection, no bill received!
