Step-3 : Enter your Registered Email Id
Step-4 : Enter your Order ID

Daraz Sri Lanka Returns Returns Policy
** If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on Daraz app or website Return request must be raised within 14 days for DarazMall items, or within 7 days for non-DarazMall items from the date of delivery.
** For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please view our Warranty Policy.
** For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.
Valid reasons to return an item:
** Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
** Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
** Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
** Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
** Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)
Conditions for Returns
** The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
** The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
** The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
How To Return?
** Sign in to your Daraz Account, select My Orders.
** Click ‘View all’ link under ‘My Orders’.
** Select the item you wish to return. Click ‘Return’ button.
** Select the reason for return on ‘Return Request’ form and clearly describe the issue in the comments box.
** Select the preferred shipment method (Pick Up / Drop Off) and click ‘Edit Refund Method’ to select the available refund options.
** Read the return & refund policy and if you agree, click ‘Submit’ to generate the ‘Return Label’
** Pack your Daraz parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered.
** Print and secure the ‘Return Label’ on the return package. Alternatively, you can write the Return Tracking and Return Order Numbers on a paper and paste it on the return package.
** Based on the shipment method selected, head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up service.

What are the common reasons for delay?
The most common reasons for delivery delays are:
1) Seller Sourcing Issues: The seller could take longer than expected time to fulfill your order.
2) Courier service delay: Either DEX or one of our 3PL partners is taking longer than expected time to deliver your order.
3) Cross Border shipment delay: Due to Air Transportation or customs delays, your Cross Border order may take longer than usual to be delivered.
4) Customer not available: Our Delivery Hero has not been able to get in touch with the customer.
5) Wrong Address / Phone Number: While placing an order the customer has entered an incorrect address or phone number, leading to late delivery.
6) Extreme Weather: The weather conditions of the destined city may be rough, for example, heavy rainfall, smog, landslide, etc. which may result in a delivery hold-up.
7) Law and Order conditions: Due to religious procession, lockdowns, strike issues resulting in route blocking, you may receive your package after the promised time.
Can I open and check the parcel before receiving and paying the rider?
Unfortunately, the open box delivery at Daraz is not allowed. You need to receive the parcel and pay the rider. After unwrapping the package, if you face any issue then you may return it to Daraz.
