How To Return Fishpond Order?

**Most items can be returned within 30 days of the item being delivered, provided it is in new, resalable condition.
**Items can be returned after the 30 day period in compliance with the relevant consumer legislation if the item is faulty or damaged.
**We are unable to accept Perfumes, cosmetics CDs, DVDs, games or software as returns, unless the goods are faulty or factory sealed and unopened.

1. What payment methods can I use?
We accept Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Paypal and Australia Post Money Order.

**The details for each payment method will be provided during check-out.
**When you choose to pay by Bank Transfer you need to save a primary address first.
**When you choose to pay by paypal, there is a small fee calculated on checkout to cover administration costs. You can still pay by credit card or bank transfer if you do not wish to pay the surcharge.
**Please note when paying by Paypal, should a refund to your Paypal account be required for any part of your order that by default it will be sent to the email address linked to your Fishpond account.

2. What are your shipping rates?
**Standard shipping is free on over 19 million products sent anywhere within Australia or New Zealand with some exclusions.
**Items in stock in our Sydney or Auckland warehouses have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 (excludes remote addresses).
**So you can order as many items as you like that are in stock for one fee of $7.95. The more you buy, the more you’ll save on shipping

Australia Delivery Times:
**You will receive an email when your order is shipped, which will include the estimated delivery timeframe.
**Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
**Please note we rely on various companies to provide delivery services but cannot guarantee delivery times.

3. How do I cancel a product from my order?
**We have a very easy and hassle-free cancellation process.
**You can cancel products from your order through My Account.
**Simply click on View all orders
**This will list the titles that are available to cancel. Select the “Check to Remove” box to remove that item, then press the Continue button.
**If the item(s) being cancelled have already been paid for, a refund will be processed in the next 1-3 working days.
