How To Return Your Gorman Order?
To Return Your Gorman Order, the procedure are given below
1. Domestic Returns:
Step 1: Go to the link https://return.auspost.com.au/gorman
Step 2: Enter Order ID
Step 3: Enter Return authorisation number
Step 4: Enter Email address

The Gorman Online is not liable for the loss of item(s) being returned using this service. Please refer to the Australia Post website for Terms and Conditions. We recommend retaining your parcel lodgement receipt as this contains your tracking number.

If you have an account
**Go to the account menu, and click on My Orders, you will be taken to a page of all of your past orders
**Find the order you wish to return items from and click the “Return” link
If you do not have an account
**Go this page: New Guest Return
**Enter the order number from the order emails sent throughout the order/shipping process and either your email or last name provided at checkout when you ordered
Then to process the return request:
Follow the returns request process, on the last step you should be told “Your return has been successfully submitted”, at the bottom of this page press “GO TO RETURNS”
To print the label
**On the My Returns page press “View Return” on the return you’d like to print the label for
**Press “PRINT RMA SHIPPING LABEL” to get the label, this needs to be used for the package
How To Click & Collect Gorman Order?
**Click and collect is a service that allows you to place an order online and then collect in store.
**Click and collect is available on all orders over $100 and is available on New Arrivals and Sale. Excludes Outlet.
**Available in selected stores. Please refer to checkout for available stores.
**Please note, once an order has been placed no changes can be made to the order including cancellations.
**You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed.
**Please wait until you receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection before heading into store.
**Exchanges can be processed in store and online.
**Refunds can only be processed online.* If the product/s is full price*
**Please allow 48 hours for the funds to clear. Refunds will automatically be returned to the original method of payment.
**The customer who placed the order is the only person who can collect it. Please ensure you bring your invoice into store as well as Photo ID.
