Refunds & Returns Policy of Gypsum Order
The Refunds & Returns Policy of Gypsum Order are given below,
** You have seven calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
** Your item must be in the original packaging.
** Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
** Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
** We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
** If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your MPESA or Bank Account.
** You will receive the credit within 24 hours or depending on your preferred mode of payment or card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates of Gypsum Order
** For orders exceeding Ksh200, 000, delivery will be free within Nairobi Metropolitan.
** For orders bellow Ksh200, 000, delivery cost within Nairobi Metropolitan will not exceed Ksh4, 000
** Overnight delivery is only available for orders transported to Western Kenya and Mombasa Kenya
** Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
** Gypsum Ceiling Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery except deliveries done by our branded trucks.
** If you received your order damaged, please liaise with the delivery carrier to file a claim
** Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
** We currently do not ship outside Kenya. International customers make there own delivery arrangements.
** For orders within the East African Community, we can arrange transport at the expense of the customer
