Returns on iScoot Order
The Returns on iScoot Order are given below,
** Return the unused merchandise in it’s original condition within the unopened box or carton, to our showroom at Unit 2, 32 Doggett St, Newstead 4006 or call us on 1300 948 605.
** We must be notified within 3 days from receipt of delivery or pick up that you wish to return the item.
** Once the return is received and inspected by our sales team, we will contact you to complete the process.
More Nitty Gritty Details:
** Due to the nature of this product we can only accept warranty claims for items that are Dead on Arrival (DOA).
** We must be notified within 3 days from receipt of delivery to be eligible for exchange.
To claim for warranty of faulty products.
** Clear photos of the product from different angles. e.g. Front and back sides.
** A video explaining or showing the issue
** A photo of the shipping label and original packaging
** Return of the product for further inspection if needed
** Once the return is received and inspected by our mechanics for a warrantable claim from the supplier, we will inform you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a warrant-able claim, then we will attempt to repair or replace the faulty part/scooter in the first instance. Any replacement or refund requested may be considered by management within Australian Consumer Law guidelines.
** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
** Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
** If the product is deemed not faulty, customers need to pay postage to get the product resent or combined to ship with next order.
Change of Mind:
** You have 3 days to decide if you have bought the right scooter.

** If in 3 days you decide what you have bought isn’t quite right, simply return it to us in unused condition, at your own cost, if shipped.
What can be returned?
** Damages caused by crashes or mistreatment are not covered
** Sale items are not eligible for return
** Please note, refunds are completed by EFT payment only.
** Cash refunds are not possible.
** If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be aware some financial institutions can take up to 7 business days to facilitate a refunded transfer of funds.

2. How to cancel the speed limit mode?
If there is an “S” on the dashboard simply double click the power button to change speed mode.
3. How do I operate the folded switch position?
Open the folded switch: step on the foot mat, hold the handle and push forward hardly until you hear the “snap”, that means the folded switch has been locked. Close folded switch: hold the handle and push backwards, step on the folded switch hardly at the same time then pull up the stem.
