Co-op Net Internet Banking enables individual customers, business owners, corporate companies and institutions to carry out various transactions and monitor their bank accounts through the internet.

We have a few security layer measures when you log in, which ensure that only you are able to access your account.

Services

With Co-op Net, you can access these services:
** View, download or print account statements for all your Co-op Bank Accounts
** Start, stop or amend standing orders in real time
** Transfer cash to another Co-op account in real time
** Transfer cash to another local bank account in 1 working day
** Transfer cash to a foreign bank account in foreign currency
** Pay utility bills, for example, KPLC, DStv and Nairobi Water
** Make bulk payments, for example, salaries, dividends, loan disbursements, bonuses and supplier payments
** Order cheque books and stop cheques

How To Register?

Visit your nearest Co-op Bank branch and provide the following documents

Existing Co-op Bank Customers:
** Completed application form
** Completed token collection form

Non-Co-op Customers (Businesses, Corporate Companies and Institutions):
** Completed application form
** Completed token collection form
** Certificate of Incorporation
** Memorandum & Articles of Association
** National ID/Passport copies of the company’s directors

Once the application has been approved, a user ID and password are automatically generated by the Co-op Net system and sent to your email address. If you prefer to keep generating a second password using a token, you will collect it once your application has been approved. This is available at a small fee.

Security Tips

** Always keep your log-in credentials (Username, Password and OTP) confidential; do not share them with anybody.
** Passwords expire after 30 days. However, if you feel your password is compromised, change it immediately.
** Protect all your data and accounts with strong passwords that have at least eight or more characters consisting of alphabets and numbers and change them regularly.
** Never leave your session unattended and always log off your online session after use.
** Update us when you change your contact particulars.
** Check your last log-in and notify us if there are any dubious log-ins.
** Never store your passwords on your phone.
** Check your account balance and transaction history regularly.
** To further safeguard your transactions, the One Time Password (OTP) is an application that generates a password for the 2nd Factor Authentication (2FA).
** It acts like a hardware token except that there is no physical device. |
** Therefore, have your phone near you when initiating log-in and if using a hard token, keep it safe.
** Customers can be assured that it is safe and secure to bank thorough Co-opNet (Internet Banking).
