What is NSW Government Online Certificate?

If you’ve applied online for a birth, death, marriage, or replacement change of name certificate, you can also check how your application is progressing, online. Replacement certificates can be ordered from the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages online or by telephone 131 882. If you wish to obtain a copy of your Australian birth, marriage or death certificate you may apply through official web site of the relevant State or Territory Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages. The online reference number (ORN) that was provided to you during your application (this ORN was also emailed to the address you supplied on the application form).

** Enter your email address and ORN.
** Verify you’re not a robot with reCAPTCHA.
