The Return & Refund Policy of Orifon Order are given below,
** You can initiate a return within 48 after delivery / collection for Eligible reasons .
** When returning an item, Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.
** Get your sorted faster when you drop off your return at our office.
** Change of mind will not be eligible for return .
** Eligible reasons – wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size.
** Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process
** If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
** Damaged or wrong products will be elligible for an exchange.
** Refunds will only be applied when the ordered item is no longer available.
** Items damaged under customer’s care are not elligible for returns.
** Items damaged during transit under 3rd party courier companies will not be elligible
** Customers paying on delivery advised to inspect and test items upon delivery.

** Only 2 attempts will be done for delivery and the orders will be canceled after 5 days if not collected.
** PUS orders will be available for collection within 5 days
** Business days are from Monday to Saturday, and do not include public holidays.

** Once you place an order ,our agent will contact you to confirm availability of the ordered item.
** Orders within Nairobi are shipped immediately, unless advised otherwise by the client.
** Customers can pick their orders at our CBD Office free of charge for small items.
** Orders outside Nairobi will be shipped within 24 Hours ,unless advised otherwise by the client.
** Payment on Delivery only applies within Nairobi and its environs, outside Nairobi will have to be prepaid.
** Payment is only done once the item has been confirmed to be available in stock by our staff.

** Deliveries have a base shipping rate of Kshs.250 ,adjustable based on your location. Please refer to below delivery fee chart
