At Pandora, customer satisfaction is on the top of our mind. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase from Pandora e- Store, we offer a one- time exchange or return on your order and we will provide a full refund.
Do note that:
** Returns & Refunds are only applicable on Pandora e-Store
** We only offer a one time exchange on any given order
** Return & Exchange is will only be valid for 14 days after the date of delivery
** The customer is responsible for the return shipment
** No exchanges or refunds are permitted for discounted / promotional / sale items.
** Due to hygiene purposes, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns of all earring products
** Should your total bill falls below S$80.00 after the refund, shipping cost will be applied
** Please note that if you have purchased a Pandora jewellery set and wish to return or exchange it, the full complete set must be returned / exchanged.

1. Can I return more than once for each order?
Each order is only applicable for one return; hence, should you have more item(s), please ensure to pack it under the same order.
2. How much is the delivery cost?
The shipping cost is S$10 per order regardless of the number of items in the order. Orders above SGD100 qualifies for free delivery.
3. Do you offer multiple packages?
Yes. You may select additional Pandora gift boxes and personalized gift notes / cards if your order includes gifts for multiple recipients. Your items will be perfectly packaged for your loved ones upon receipt. Kindly be informed that we do not ship one order to multiple addresses.
4. What can delay my order?
The standard delivery for all orders is between 2 – 4 business days and your order will usually arrive within the stipulated time. Occasional delays due to unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners and weather disturbances may occur.
5. How long it takes to ship my order?
All successfully placed orders will be shipped within 2 – 4 days
6. What happens when I have placed my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order. To protect our customers from fraudulent activities, all personal and payment details will need to be verified. We will contact you if we encounter any issues with your order.
