How To Track Shopee Philippines Order Status?

You can check/track the status of your orders via My Purchases in the Me tab on Shopee App.

All of your orders will be categorized according to their order statuses:
** To Pay – contains unpaid orders
** To Ship – contains paid, scheduled, and ready for pick-up orders
** To Receive – contains orders that are scheduled for delivery
** Completed – contains orders that have been delivered
** Canceled – contains orders that have been canceled
** Return/Refund – contains orders that have been returned or refunded

Tracking the delivery status of orders:
Once your order is under the To Ship or To Receive status, you may view detailed shipping updates and track its delivery status more closely.

Note:
** Orders shipped by Shopee Supported Logistics will have tracking numbers and can be easily tracked in detail via Shopee App.
** If your order does not have a tracking number, you may contact the seller directly to check your order’s delivery status.
** For orders that are successfully delivered, if the Order Received button is greyed out, the shipping information status might not be updated yet. Kindly wait within 24 – 48 hours for the courier to update your order status.

How do I check the estimated delivery date for my order?
There are two ways to check your Estimated Delivery Date. You can find the details for the estimated delivery date of your order under the Order Details Page or Shipping Information Page in the Shopee App.

Via Order Details Page:
Go to Me tab > Select To Receive > Select order > View estimated delivery date in Order Status section.

Via Shipping Information Page:
Go to Me tab > Select To Receive > Tap on Shipping Status section for your order > View estimated delivery date in Shipping Information Page.

What is courier delivery lead time?
Courier Delivery Lead Time is the number of days it takes for the order to arrive starting from the day Shopee Logistics Partner has successfully picked up the order from the seller.

The lead time varies depending on the buyer’s delivery address, the seller’s pickup address, and the couriers’ working days. For tracking deliveries, you can check the in-app tracker. And, note that delivery updates on your order will reflect every 24-48 hours.

Note:
Make sure your address is correct. You can change your delivery address or add your address should there be any error.

How can I track my orders within the App?
We highly recommend that you constantly check on your Shopee App to track the status of your order.

Note:
** The shipping information status might not reflect immediately, kindly wait within 24 – 48 hours for the couriers to update your order status.
** Orders will arrive depending on the Seller’s Days to Ship and Courier Delivery Lead Time. To know more on when to expect an order to arrive, click here.
** Shopee will send out advisories for delays due to declared holidays and severe weather conditions. Please keep track of orders regularly.

Follow these steps to know how to track your order within the App:
Step 1: Tap “To Ship, To Receive, Completed, or Cancelled” under My Purchases. You can find it under the Me tab. Click here to learn more on how you can check the status of your order.
Step 2: In My Purchases, tap the item that you want to track.
Step 3: The status of your order will be shown on the Shipping Information page.

For other circumstances:
** If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery time or if the item does not arrive in expected/appropriate condition, tap on “Extend Shopee Guarantee” or tap on the “Request Return/Refund” button.
** If the order has not arrived after extending the Shopee Guarantee, and there is no response from the seller, you may choose to request a return/refund for Non-COD orders.
