How to find tracking on the OfficeMax?
To find tracking on the OfficeMax, Follow the below step
Step 1: Log on to OfficeMax & go to ‘Your Order History’
Step 2: Search for the order either by date/date range or order number. This will only work for completed orders.
Step 3: Click ‘View’ next to the order in the results.

1. How do I order an item that is out of stock, can I see the current stock levels?
An item will show in green if it is currently in stock. Some items may show current stock levels aswell. If an item is Temporarily Out of Stock, you can still add this to your cart. This will then be placed on backorder and shipped when back in stock. If you require an estimated delivery date, please speak to one of our Support Agents on Live Chat for immediate assistance.
2. How do I use a Promo Code?
Once you have selected the items that you want to purchase go to your Cart. Once inside your Cart to the bottom left is a text field; ‘Have a Promo Code?’. If one or more of your items has a Promo Code (or you have been given one by OfficeMax) enter that code in to this text field. Click on Apply Code and this will add the promotion offer to your item(s).
3. I’m having problems placing my Order?

4. Can I track my Order, has my Order been received by OfficeMax?
Yes, you can track the progress of your Order through your Account. To do this you will need to be logged in and then go to ‘Your Order History’ which is found by moving your mouse pointer over to ‘Your Account’ next to the green ‘Cart’. The search field will allow you to add in an Invoice, or Customer Reference number. If you do not have either of these on hand you can search for your order by Date Range. When you find the Order, click on View to see the details of your Order (cancelled Orders’ details are not viewable). You can use this tool to also check whether your Order has been received by OfficeMax.
5. After an Order is placed; can I cancel it?
You can cancel an Order; however, cancelation of Online Orders will depend on how far along your Order is. There are also some items that are non-returnable, these items are identified as non-returnable before being able to be ordered. If you are unsure about whether your order can be cancelled, please speak to one of our Support Team on Live Chat for an immediate response. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0800 426 473 with your Order number that you wish to cancel.
6. Is there a way to track my OfficeMax order?

7. Why has OfficeMax packaged my items in this way?
Depending on stock availability and the nature of the item, some items may be packaged separately to avoid damage and if an item is on backorder, this item will be sent out separately when it becomes available. OfficeMax uses reusable / recyclable packaging where possible.
8. I need to Return an Item. How can I do this?
You can use the Easy Online Returns Form which will be the fastest way to get an item back to us. The Easy Online Form page will ask whether you were logged in to your Account at the time of purchase or if you purchased as a Guest (not logged in). If you shopped as a ‘Guest’ please fill in the ‘Guest User’ form, alternatively if you were logged in at the time of purchase, go to ‘Your Order History’, there you will find the items that you have previously ordered and you can click on the ‘Return Items’ button to notify us to collect the item from you.
