Return Policy For UGG Order
The Return Policy For UGG Order are given below,
At UGG we seek the complete satisfaction of our customers. In the event that you find your purchase unsuitable, we are pleased to offer you a refund under the following conditions
** Purchase must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund.
** The original sales receipt must be presented.
** Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all labels and product swing tags attached. The shoe box must be in its original condition and not be damaged in any way.
** Merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
** Refunds will be given only in the same form as the original payment.
** If the returned merchandise does not meet the criteria above, the refund will be declined and the products returned to you.
To return an item, please:
1. Fill in the Return Form located here or when you initiate a return through your account and a postage label will be emailed to you
2. Attach the postage label and return the item(s) in the same condition it was received and if possible with all packaging
3. Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely. Our Returns Team will then inspect all items within 2 business days to ensure they are in an undamaged condition.
4. Our Returns team will then pass on details for all customer refunds to be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account to allow for bank processing.

All orders purchased using PAYPAL must be returned through our online store, for refund only. Orders made with PAYPAL may not be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund.

All orders purchased using ZIP must be returned through our online store, for refund only. Orders made with ZIP may not be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund.
3. Online Purchases – Exchanges:
UGG is unable to offer exchanges via our online store or in any of our retail stores. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size and/or colour.
4. Ugg Warranty Policy – Faulty Products:
The UGG warranty applies to footwear less than one-year-old from date of purchase and applies to defective materials and workmanship. In the event that you find your purchase is carrying a manufacturing fault, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or refund under the following conditions;
** Purchases must be returned within 12 months from date of purchase
** All UGG claims which are past one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
** The original sales receipt must be presented.
** If there is a major fault with your item, you are entitled to an exchange or refund at any time.
** Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty

Australia Post will deliver your order within 5-10 working days from your order being despatched to them for most parts of Australia. For WA, Far North Qld, NT and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.
3. How Do I Use My E-Gift Card?
Using your UGG E-Gift Card couldn’t be easier, you simply enter your E-Gift Card number in the payment section provided at the checkout when you are ready to make your purchase.
** Upon receiving a UGG E-Gift Card via email you will be presented with an E-gift card number that can be redeemed online.
** If the items purchased total less than the E-Gift Card amount, the remaining funds will remain on the E-Gift Card to use on the next purchase, if the items purchased exceed the E-Gift Card amount the remaining value must be paid by card in order to complete the order.
** Gift Cards take up to 4 hours to be delivered to your preferred email address.
** Items bought using E-Gift Cards can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the E-Gift Card will be refunded and a new E-Gift Card will be issued or funds allocated to your existing E-Gift Card applied.
