How To Track Your AIKAA Order?
Customers will receive several messages, the confirmation email(once order made), and when your order status changes(shipped out). A tracking number will be updated within 24-48 hours after the order has been dispatched, where the order status will be shown as “Fulfilled”.

Return Policy of AIKAA Order
This policy is only applicable for Defective or Unopened items.
** If any product is found to be expired, missing, incorrect or damaged inside after receiving the order, claims for return must be lodged to our Customer Service (Refund Unit) at cs [AT] blankcorp [DOT] sg within the next 7 business days from the date of delivery otherwise AIKAA have the discretion to refuse any request or claims.
** All return and refund requests are subjected to AIKAA management approval.
** AIKAA reserves the right to reject any requests according to returned products’ or unforeseen conditions.
** AIKAA shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses during the process.
** AIKAA reserves the rights to deduct a fee of up to SGD$12 on refund.

1. How do I cancel my order?
If your order status is “Unfulfilled”, please contact Customer Service immediately to request a cancellation. If your order status is already “Fulfilled”, unfortunately, we cannot stop the order or process a refund since your package is now packing or out for delivery.
2. Can I do cash on delivery (COD)?
Unfortunately, we only accept online payment through the methods listed above.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive？
Our delivery typically takes about 3-5 working days upon dispatch. Delivery time is from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 3pm on Saturday.
4. What should I do if I received the wrong or damage product?
