Returns Policy For Canadian Tire
** Unopened items in original packaging returned with a receipt within 90 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange.
** Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
** Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information.
** There are some exceptions to our Returns Policy.
** Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.
** A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
** Electronics (home audio & video, personal audio & video, cameras & accessories, communications) may only be returned within 30 days. All other rules apply.
** Auto electronics (backup cameras, Bluetooth, car audio, GPS, inverters, portable DVD, remote starters, satellite radio) may only be returned within 14 days. All other rules apply.
** Ink cartridges, media, and memory cards, books, DVDs, CDs, mattresses and portable beds may only be returned if unopened. All other rules apply.
** Live goods must be returned to original store of purchase.
** Special order hard parts and specific application automotive parts must be returned to original store of purchase.
** Bikes cannot be returned. Free tune up within 30 days with proof of purchase.
