Click & Collect Service of Craft Central Order
The Click & Collect Service of Craft Central Order are given below,
1. Browse through the endless selection in our fridges and pick your desired brews.
2. Choose ‘Pick up in store’ (free of charge) at the shipping page and process your order.
3. We will pack your beers as soon as we can and will send them over to our city centre store.
4. Once your order is ready for collection we will send you a ready for collection notification email, so when this email pops in your inbox you know that your beers are physically in our city centre location, ready to be collected.
Note:
The beers are usually available for collection within 24 hours from placing the order between Monday-Friday. 1. What are the opening hours for in-store shopping?
The opening hours for in-store shoppiing are as follows:
Monday: 10:30 – 22:00
Tuesday: 10:30 – 22:00
Wednesday: 10:30 – 22:00
Thursday: 10:30 – 22:00
Friday: 10:30 – 22:00
Saturday: 10:30 – 22:00
Sunday: 12:30 – 22:00

2. Why I didn’t receive a tracking number?
Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Thurs will receive a tracking link by email within 2-3 hours of placing the order. For orders placed after this time, please wait until the next business day to receive your tracking link.
3. When should I expect my delivery?
** We provide next-day delivery for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays).
** Please note orders placed after 3pm on Thursday up until 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
** Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
** Deliveries will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday
