Where Can I Return a Currys Product?

Store: Whether you bought it in store, online or over the phone, all of our products can be returned to a Currys store.
For Online Only large kitchen appliances and purchases made using Flexible Credit Option, please arrange for a collection with our aftersales team on 0818 440 001.

Please note: our stores are unable to process a return for Online Only large kitchen appliances or when you have paid online.
You can request to return a small item purchased online using the small items returns request form. Simply complete the online form here .

Please note: small items are audio products, cameras, computers, gaming products, small appliances and small TVs (under 43”).
You can request to return a large item purchased online by calling our contact centre on 0818 440 001, or by emailing customer.services [AT] currys.ie . Please ensure that you provide your order number before sending your email.

Please note: large items are major appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens and TVs over 40″.

An unwanted, faulty, damaged or incorrect product can be returned within different time period, please check the return policy.

How Do I Cancel an Currys Order?

If you ordered online and have not yet received your order:
If you choose to cancel an order that was purchased online and that you have not yet received, simply complete the Online Cancellation Form here to cancel your items purchased on Currys.ie.
Cancelling an online or phone order cannot be done in store.

If it is too late to cancel your delivery, you can request an exchange or refund

Frequently Asked Questions FAQ on Currys Order are given below,
1. What if I miss the delivery?
1. For large items
We’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. At no extra charge, you can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our Contact Centre on 0818 440 001.

2. For small items
The courier will:
** Leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed
** Usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date at no extra charge
** Possibly deliver to your neighbours; please see the delivery card left to you.

2. Can I know the approximately delivery time on the day of delivery?
We’ll always keep you up-to-date on the status of your delivery. Please provide your mobile number as your main number with prefix i.e. 086 9911000 should be 00353 86 9911000, we can give you delivery and order updates via text message.
