How To Track Your KOOKAÏ Order?

To Track Your KOOKAÏ Order, the procedure are given below
**Once your order has been scanned by Australia Post, you will receive your tracking number via email and further instructions on how to track your order.
**The tracking status on Australia Post may not be valid right away but it will become valid when the parcel is in transit to you.
**All orders are sent via Australia Post and do require Signature On Delivery.

Once you have received your tracking number, you can track your order follow the below steps

Step 1: Go to the link
Step 2: Enter Tracking Number
Step 3: Click on Track

Initiate Your Return KOOKAÏ Order

**Please visit the initiate your return page and follow the instructions to lodge a return for your item(s).
**A return label will be generated for the item(s) being sent back for a refund at a flat rate of $8.
**This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount when the return is processed.
**Return labels generated for exchanges and gift cards are complimentary.
**Please note item(s) being sent back for an exchange are subject to the availability of the requested item(s).
**Our E-boutique team will be in contact to verify your exchange.

Returns Via Alternative Carrier:
**If you would like to return your item(s) via a carrier of your choice, please contact E-boutique via concierge[AT] to authorise your return.
**We recommend sending your return via trackable post as the goods are your responsibility until they reach E-boutique.
**We also kindly ask that you include paperwork inside the parcel containing your order number.

1. How to Changing or cancelling orders?
Should you wish to change or cancel your order after your payment has been processed, please call us immediately on + 61 03 8290 0500 and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note there may be instances where we are unable to change or cancel your order.

2. What are the Delivery times and Postage Cost?
We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
**Orders placed before 12pm AEDT weekdays (excluding Monday) will be dispatched same day.
**Orders placed after 12pm AEDT will be shipped the following business day.
Standard delivery is free for orders $90 and over. A Flat Rate of $5 per order applies for orders under $90. Express delivery is free for orders $150 and over. A Flat Rate of $10 per order applies for orders under $150. For more information on delivery options, please click here.

3. How to return Faulty garments ?
If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact the KOOKAÏ E-Boutique to discuss your options for a repair, replacement or refund, subject to the conditions of our Refunds & Exchanges policy. Alternatively, you can also initiate a return via our returns portal here and provide images of the item you believe to be faulty. KOOKAÏ E-Boutique will then be in touch to discuss your options.
