How To Update Contact Details?

Through Internet Bank

** Log in to the Internet Bank https://onlinebanking.nationwide.co.uk/AccessManagement/Login
** Select the Manage my details & settings tab at the top of the page
** Select the item you’d like to change under ‘My Details’
** Choose which of your details you need to update and select Change
** Update your details and select Update to submit your changes

We can’t change your contact details over the phone.

Through Banking App

You can change your phone number and email address in our Banking app:
** Open the app
** Go to the menu
** Choose ‘Details & Settings’
** Choose ‘Your details’
** Tap ‘Edit’ next to the details you want to change
** Update your details and tap ‘Save’

To update your name or address, you’ll need to log into the Internet Bank.

Need to tell us about a change of address?
There are two ways to let us know if you’ve changed your address.

Through Branch

Take along some proof of id to your nearest branch (This link will open in a new window). A member of our staff will make sure our systems are updated correctly.

Through Post

Download our change of address form This will open a PDF document which may open in a new window (depending on how your browser is set up). Fill it in, then post it to:

If you’re letting us know by post, we may still need to contact you for proof of id. Sorry, but you can’t use this form for a child if they are under 13 or if an adult manages any accounts for them. Please visit your nearest branch instead.

You’ll need to contact your policy provider(s) directly in order to change your details.

For a change of business, club, charity or society details:
You can update details held for a business, club, charity or society by visiting your local branch. We’ll need to see originals of one of the following supporting documents (unfortunately, we can’t accept photocopies or certified copies):

Clubs and societies:
Club/society constitution and/or rules, or letterhead confirming club/society name, or letter confirming purpose of club/society.

Registered charities:
Official document from the Charity Commission quoting the registered charity number. If the charity is a limited company, a Certificate of Incorporation is also required.

Business:
Confirmation documentation provided by Companies House.
