1. How Long Does Ship Take?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Western Australia within two business days. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed next business day. Typical shipping time is from 3 to 5 days (this doesn’t include the standard 24-48 hours of warehouse processing time).
2. What’s Your Return / Exchange Policy?
Items that are purchased within 30 days can be returned or exchanged. We can only accept returns on things that are still in new condition (must not have any dog fur, dirt, stains, or odours). You will be required to ship the item back to us. We will refund 100% of what you paid for the product. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact [AT] orthorug.com.au and make sure to include a photo of the product. We will cover shipping costs back.

4. Do you accept returns?
We allow returns as long as a return request is communicated within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns must be in the state you received your item.
