Delivery Information For Sheridan Order

The Delivery Information For Sheridan Order are given below,
Stocked Items:
1. Standard Delivery

FREE for signed in Sheridan Rewards members, otherwise $9.95.
Metro: 5 business days.
Regional: up to 7 business days.

2. Express Delivery – $20
Metro: Next business day delivery for orders dispatched before 10am.
Regional: 1-2 business days as per Australia Post website.

Tracking for both standard and express delivery is available through Australia Post using the tracking number in your dispatch email.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Stocked Items:
** We offer FREE standard delivery to Sheridan Members – sign up or login here. Guest orders incur a flat rate $9.95 delivery fee.
** We also offer express delivery at a flat rate of $20 this applies to all member and guest customers.
Metro: 5 business days.
Regional: up to 7 business days.

Maximum Delivery Charge:
All delivery is automatically calculated at checkout. Maximum delivery charge for any online order is capped at $150.

Faulty Or Incorrect Deliveries:
** At Sheridan, we take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality.
** However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.
** Returns will be accepted for products purchased either online or instore and can be can be returned to any can be returned to any Sheridan Outlet Store or through our online returns system.
** However any goods purchased via cannot be returned to a third party retailer that stocks Sheridan products.
** You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.

How long does it take Sheridan to dispatch my order?
It can take 1 – 3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. During peak periods this may be longer due to high demand.

How long does delivery take?
** Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email complete with a tracking number.
** Standard delivery can take between 5 – 7 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for personalised items to be delivered.

Step 2 – Stick a return label onto the package
Step 3 – Drop the package off at any Australia Post store or any red post box.
