1. How do I search for products online?
Products can be found using keywords in the ‘Search bar’ section, which is at the top of your screen.
2. Why aren’t all of the items in Target stores available online?

3. How do I make changes to items in ‘My Shopping Basket’?
You can remove items or change quantities during the ‘checkout’ process. Or you can click on the basket icon on the top right of your screen at any time.
4. How do I know if my item is available?
When an item is selected in our online store a stock availabilty line will appear which will be shown next to the product price determining if stock is available to purchase.
5. How do I place an order?
To place an order:
** ‘Sign In’ to your account if you have one
** Add the items that you want to buy to the basket
** Once you’ve placed all of the items that you want to buy in your basket, head to the ‘Checkout’
** You can use the guest checkout if you don’t have an account
** You’ll then be able to finalise your order by entering your payment and delivery details.
6. Is there a limit on how many e-gift cards I can purchase?
Yes, there is a limit of 3 physical gift cards per order. There is also a limit of $500 worth or 5 e-gift cards (whichever comes first) per type of e-gift card you wish to purchase. If these limits are exceeded, your order may be cancelled and refunded
7. What if I want to make a bulk order of e-gift cards?
