Return Guidelines of Xiaomi Order
Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the xiaomi [DOT] ie. If you purchase products through offline channels, please contact the final vendor who sells the products to you. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.
1. All product returns require a RMA service order number. You may obtain a service number by contacting our Customer Contact Center through email admin [AT] xiaomi [DOT] ie
2. If you return items in which you’ve saved personal information, you must erase this information completely before sending the product back to us. For Xiaomi phones, you also need to log out of your Xiaomi account on the phone before returning.
3. Purchase of items (i.e. Mi Robot Vacuum), please keep the original package for at least 30 days within the return policy period in case any return or replacement request.
Products that are received by Xiaomi in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and will be rejected:
** Any product not purchased from XIAOMI.IE
** Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable IMEI or serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label.
** Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
** Any product that exhibits physical damage or liquid damage.
** Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
** Any consumable product that already opened, such as towels, pillow, toothbrush, mask.
** Certain Goods cannot be returned for hygiene purposes such as earphones
Change Of Mind:
Get a full refund on any product if you return it within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason for the cancellation. This is in accordance with distance selling regulations. The item must be returned with its original box and all items that were included within.
The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.
The consumer shall send back or hand over the goods not later than 14 days from the day on which they have informed us of their decision to cancel.
The consumer is liable to pay the return shipping cost under Regulation 20 (5) of S.I. No 484/2013
If you have purchased a product which becomes faulty within the first 28 days, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.
All faulty returns will be checked to ensure fault is as described.
If fault cannot be replicated return will not be accepted and will be returned to you within 14 days.
Outside these terms handsets must go for repair.
Returns After 28 Days:
If your phone becomes faulty after 28 days but within the warranty time period you can contact us for repair.
