How do you Earn Points?

There are now more ways to earn Thank U points.
** Simply hand your Thank U Card to the cashier when you make purchases and the cashier will swipe your card. You get 10 points for every R1 you spend. After each purchase, your new Thank U Points will be allocated to your Thank U Card within 3 working days.

** You now earn 10 Thank U points for every R1 you spend at our partners when paying with your Thank U account card.
** Effective 15th October 2017, you will earn 150 Thank U points per litre of fuel filled at Engen Quickshop Service Stations

MOOVAMONEY is a wallet service that allows customers including those who do not have an Edgars, CNA or Jet/JetMart store account.

Deposit and withdraw money instantly at any participating Edgars, Edgars Connect, CNA or Jet/JetMart store in South Africa only, using a South African cellphone number.

In order to access the MoovaMoney, you need to :
** Have a valid South African cellphone number.
** Register via USSD from a valid South African cellphone number.
** Be a South African citizen.
** Be 18 years and older of age.
** Perform a USSD-based GN6 FICA process from a valid South African cellphone number first, using your RSA ID number, and confirming your first name, surname and date of birth.

FAQs

1. What are the delivery fees?
We charge a standard fee of R65.00 on orders with a total of less than R650.00. An order that is more than R650.00 (after promotional vouchers have been deducted) does not incur any delivery charges.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on where your order is going, deliveries will take between 2 – 5 working days. Where unforeseeable delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you if we believe there will be a substantial delay in your delivery.

3. What happens if I am out when you deliver?
If you’re not available at the chosen delivery address to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt at another time. After that, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

4. What are your delivery times?
We offer a Monday to Friday (09h00 – 17h00), delivery service. We do not deliver on Good Friday, the 25th and 26th of December, the 1st of January or any other public holiday in South Africa. There are no weekend deliveries.

5. What if my order arrives damaged?
If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realize that the package is damaged, please contact us immediately at edgarsinfo [AT] edcon.co.za
