Return Policy for Petsasa Order

The Return Policy for Petsasa Order are given below,
** Our return policy is simple and worry-free If you receive a faulty, wrong or damaged item you can return them within 7 days of purchase for an exchange at no additional cost.
** However, the refund/exchange claim must be lodged within 48 hours of order delivery.
** In a situation where an exchange can not be provided, Petsasa will issue a refund.
** If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you received, you can apply for a exchange or refund in form of store credits.
** Cash refund are not provided for this case. In this case, the customer bares the full cost of returning delivery cost.
** The items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Self Service Process:

Once our customer care has given a green light for you to go ahead with the return, follow the process below.

For Nairobi wider region :(Where we do direct delivery)

** Option 1 – Make a fresh order for the new items that you desire. On the order notes on the checkout, indicate the order number of the item to be returned.

** While delivering that order, the items to be returned will be collected by our delivery personnel. Once the return gets to the dispatch center and is accepted, a full refund is issued in store credits or Mpesa.

Option 2

** Arrange for the items to be returned back to our Nairobi Dispatch Centre by us or Fargo courier.

** Once the item has been returned and accepted, a refund in store credits for the value of the item is issued. The store credits can then be used to reorder the desired item.

For other towns countrywide:
Option 1
The items to be returned are sent back to our dispatch Centre on Gala lane via Fargo Courier.
Once the return is approved, an exchange is sent out to you.
If there is a difference in price, a refund is issued or you the customer tops up the balance.
Goods sent to Petsasa through other means not described herein will not be eligible for refund or any other form of compensation.
