What is Track My RS Components Order?
Check the progress of your delivery and see exactly when your parcel will arrive, thanks to our enhanced parcel tracking service. You’ll find everything you need to know about your order here, saving you time and effort.
Stages of Delivery
There are 6 steps to our delivery process. You can see the status of your parcel via our tracking service:
1.Order received: once you’ve placed your order with us, we’ll package it up ready for one of our couriers to collect it.
2.Despatched: when your parcel has left our warehouse, the status will show that the courier has received it and it’s entered into their wider dispatch network.
3.Handover: if your parcel requires more than one courier, we’ll show the handover in the delivery status so you know exactly who has it.
4.Out for delivery: your order’s on it’s way to you.
5. Delivered: we’ll confirm that your order has been delivered.
6. Proof of delivery: you’ll be able to see the signature provided when the parcel was delivered.
For RS Business Customers with a valid NZBN:
1. Online orders
Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over $70 (ex GST). ^For orders under $70, there is a charge of $9.95.
2. Offline orders (telephone, email or fax)
Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over $125 (ex GST). ^For orders under $125, there is a charge of $9.95.
**Global Stock & Extended Range Products are excluded from the Next Working Day Delivery service, normal delivery times are 5 – 10 workings days.
**Orders containing Hazardous products and/or products weighing or having a cubic weight over 20kgs and/or a length over 1.5 metres have the below extended delivery times:
**5-10 business workings days for Australian Stock
**Up to 30 business working days for large, heavy or hazardous Global Stock products
**Up to 77 days for Global Stock Lithium Batteries (excluding products with Lithium Batteries included within the product)
**Further lead time restrictions may apply in some regional areas for Global products, contact Customer Service on 0800 888 780 for more information.

How do I return a product?
You can request a return online through ‘My Account’ via your order history. You must be registered to access ‘My Account’. If you have not registered to access My Account, please contact our customer services team on 1300 656 636.
When requesting a return, please take into account the following:
**It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, clearly labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Please make sure the items are replaced in their original packaging, unused and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.
