How can I exchange my items for a different color or size?
** Need a different size or color? Contact Customer Care and we will place your new order and ship it to you via FREE Standard Delivery (U.S. only). Then, simply return your unwanted merchandise for a refund.

** Our Live Chat Associates can securely place your order when using a credit or debit card for payment. If you would like to pay with a gift card, ship your order outside the United States, or pay with Klarna, please call us at 1-800-411-5116.

Outside of the U.S.?
** The Exchange By Phone option is not currently available for orders shipping outside of the United States.
** We recommend placing a new order online and returning any unwanted products.

What is your Return Policy?
** ANY items(s) purchased that you don’t love may be exchanged or returned, including Sale & Clearance merchandise and items received as gifts. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition.

Online Purchases Within 30 Days Of Purchase:
** The 30 day timeframe starts from the date your order ships. Merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise.

** Refunds for returns made in-store typically process back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

** If the store associate is not provided or able to locate proof of purchase and/or your order number contains all numbers and no letters the store will need to send your return back to the distribution center on your behalf.

** Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
NOTE:
Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.

** For purchases made in a U.K. or Ireland store, all other locations, store merchandise can only be returned or exchanged in a Victoria’s Secret Store located in the same country/location where purchased.

** Price tags are not required for Victoria’s Secret or PINK items, but will make the processing of your return/exchange easier.

** Franchise stores can only accept returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased at that location.
