Police Apply for Certificate of Clearance
Applicants who have met the eligibility criteria may apply for COC in the link below. Once your application is accepted, you will receive an email/SMS notification to book an appointment to have your fingerprint impressions taken at Police Cantonment Complex. The COC will be issued to you after verification of your fingerprint impressions.
Related / Similar Facility :
Applicants residing overseas will be required to mail a hardcopy of your fingerprint impressions taken at an authorised institution in your country of residence.
The COC will be mailed to your posting address indicated in the online application form, once we receive and verify your fingerprint impression and eCOC Acknowledgement Slip.
Non-Singapore Citizens may only apply after submitting an appeal, and if your appeal is successful. You will be notified of the appeal outcome within 5 working days.

Book a Fingerprinting Appointment
** Applicants who had applied for COC and received an email/SMS notification that the COC application has been accepted, can book an appointment to have fingerprint
Duplicate Certificate of Clearance
** Applicants who have misplaced their COC, or wish to have additional copies of COC, may apply for a duplicate copy if the initial COC application was made within the last six months. If the initial COC application was made more than six months ago, applicants are required to apply for a new COC instead.
** A fee of SGD $30 will be chargeable for each duplicate COC issued.
