1. What products are available to buy?
We currently stock a range of accessories for Galaxy Smartphone, Tablets and Camera, Digital Imaging and Monitors. We endeavour to expand our range to include additional products in the future.

2. Who can I contact if the product received is faulty?
If you experience a fault with the product within 14 days from purchase, please contact estorenz [AT] If you experience a fault with the device outside of 14 days, please contact our Customer Services and Technical Support team on 0800 726 786.

3. What happens if I change my mind?
If you wish to return a Product because you have changed your mind, the following criteria apply
(a) You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive the Product to initiate a return.
(b) The Product must be returned undamaged and in as-new condition.
(c) The Product must be returned with all original packaging, instructions and accessories.
(d) You must provide proof of purchase.
(e) For hygiene reasons, wearable Products (including watches, galaxy buds, headphones etc) must be returned in the original sealed and unopened packaging.
(f) Returning a Product for change of mind is limited to one occasion per person/household per type of product. If you have previously trialled and returned a Product, you are not entitled on a future occasion to a return for change of mind for any similar Products.
(g) If you received a gift with purchase (including a voucher), the gift must be returned when you return the Product.

4. How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
The refund can take up to 10 working days from the date the product has been returned back to Samsung. However, the refund period may vary depending on the payment method and subject to processing duration of the payment agency.

5. How can I return my product?

6. Who pays for delivery fee when I return my product?
There will be no charge for returning products within the return period (14 days from when you receive the product).
