To Track Your ASICS Order, Follow the below steps
Step 1: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Step 2:This email will include a link to the Post Haste website where you can track the progress of your delivery.
Step 3: If you have questions about tracking your order please go to our returns information page or contact our customer service team at info [AT] asics.co.nz.

Delivery Information of ASICS Order
Our delivery services are available for all mainland regions in NZ and include the following:
**2-3 business day delivery throughout NZ (please expect temporary delivery delays of 3 – 7 working days as above)
**Free shipping on all items
**Contact less delivery
**Track and Trace for all parcels
** Free returns within 30 days from purchase for all online purchases.
**All items on our website can be purchased & delivered
1. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. We deliver to mainland New Zealand addresses only. For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on all orders.
3. Orders will be processed and collected by the courier from our distribution centre the same or next working day depending on the time the order is placed. We aim to deliver orders within 2 – 3 business days but are unable to guarantee this during COVID-19 level restrictions. Rural areas may take longer.
4. Please supply a physical delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. During COVID-19 level restrictions delivery will be contactless and will not require a signature.
5. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

**To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
**Entering a billing address and phone number that does not match your bank’s records may result in delays to your order.
Cancelling & Modifying of ASICS Orders
**ASICS goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible.
**As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.

International Billing & Shipping
**ASICS do not ship internationally.
**We only accept payment from credit cards and accounts issued within New Zealand.
** If you have placed an online order with an overseas card, your order will be cancelled and our customer service team will notify you.
Click & Collect
Our Auckland store in Commercial Bay is now open during the following hours:
1. Monday-Saturday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
2. Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
**Click & Collect will continue to be available during normal opening hours.
**The wait time for Click and Collect may be 1-2 days depending on stock.
